মেশিনের ক্যাপাসিটি বের করার নিয়ম:
টাইম স্টাডির মাধ্যমে cycle time পরিমাপ করা যেতে পারে। যদি আপনার ইতিমধ্যেই অপারেশন SAM থাকে, আপনি মেশিনের ক্যাপাসিটি বের করতে সরাসরি অপারেশন SAM (standard time of the process ) ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
সূত্রটি নিম্নরূপ:
((Shift time in minutes – Machine idle time) / (Average operation cycle time x Allowance percentage)) x Operator efficiency
বা
= ((Shift time in minutes – Machine idle time) / (Operation SAM)) x operator’s efficiency
